My coaching is usually carried out via weekly telephone sessions. Lasting 30 to 45 minutes, these sessions give us the opportunity to assess your progress towards your goals over the last seven days. We then explore how you can move further forward over the following week. I'll ask you to commit yourself to take action between coaching sessions, actions that gradually create the life you really want. The sessions will feel like a conversation, but they are not always cosy - where necessary I'll challenge you try a bit harder, to push a bit more, to stretch yourself to gain the life you really want. Before each call, I'll send you an email form exploring what you've already achieved this week, what has held you back, what your current opportunities are and what topics you'd like to tackle in our coaching session. You should complete the form and send it to me at least three hours before each session. Through the good times and the tough times you'll find that I'm always be on your side, supporting you in getting what you really want out of life.
